SHOPPERS MUST APPLY HAND SANITIZER UPON ENTERING.
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST REMAIN 6 FEET APART WHILE SHOPPING AND CHECKING OUT.
CHILDREN MUST WEAR MASKS, MUST REMAIN AT YOUR ARMS LENGTH, AND MUST NOT TOUCH ANYTHING.
CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. WE ACCEPT CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS, GIFT CARDS, BIRD BUCKS, AND COUPONS.
IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE COMING INTO THE STORE, WE WILL MAKE EFFORTS TO HELP YOU AT THE DOOR OR TAKE YOUR PHONE ORDER AND PLACE YOUR PURCHASES IN YOUR VEHICLE.

To place an order, please call during the above hours on the day you wish to pick up your order.
We will take your order over the phone (925-798-0303). Have your credit card, any Bird Bucks, and any Coupons ready.
NO CASH OR CHECKS PLEASE.
After you order and arrive at the store, drive to the side of the building facing the Chevron Station (SEE PICTURE BELOW).
Call from your vehicle or knock on the side door.
Wear a Mask and open your trunk, hatch, or door and get back into your vehicle.
We will load your order into your vehicle for you. Your receipt will be taped to the merchandise
Our suppliers are experiencing shortages, so we may limit the amounts of certain products and bird foods you can purchase.
